Purrpose legal
These Terms of Use govern your use of Purrpose, a productivity app for goals, AI roadmaps, shared accountability, and daily tasks.
By using Purrpose, you agree to these Terms. You may use the app only in compliance with applicable law. Purrpose is intended for users who are at least 13 years old, or older where local law requires it.
You may access Purrpose through email/password login, supported social sign-in, or any other sign-in method we make available. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity that occurs under your account.
Purrpose helps you create goals, generate AI-supported roadmaps, manage daily tasks, track progress, receive reminders, and optionally share progress with accountability partners. Purr is a product character and assistant inside the experience.
Roadmaps, suggestions, and similar outputs are generated automatically and may be incomplete, inaccurate, or not suitable for your situation. You remain responsible for reviewing decisions, schedules, and actions before relying on them. Purrpose does not provide medical, mental health, legal, financial, or other professional advice.
If you use partner or shared-goal features, certain information may be visible to the other participant, including shared goal titles, progress, streaks, and recent activity. Share only what you are comfortable making visible in that shared context.
You may not use Purrpose to:
Some features may require a paid subscription or purchase. Purchases are processed through the relevant app store and related billing tools. Prices, trial availability, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are controlled by the platform through which you subscribed, unless applicable law says otherwise. If you purchase through Apple App Store or Google Play, their billing terms also apply.
You retain ownership of the content you submit, such as goals, tasks, notes, and other account data. You give Purrpose a limited right to host, process, display, and transmit that content only as needed to operate the app and provide requested features.
We may suspend or limit access if we reasonably believe your use violates these Terms, creates risk, or harms other users or the service. You may stop using Purrpose at any time. Deleting the app does not automatically cancel a paid subscription.
Purrpose may change over time. Features may be added, modified, or removed. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that every feature will always work on every device, region, or app version.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Purrpose is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We disclaim implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Purrpose and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, goodwill, or business interruption arising from your use of the app. Where the law does not allow certain limitations, those limitations apply only to the maximum extent permitted.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version becomes effective when posted on this page. For legal or support requests, use the support contact shown in the relevant app store listing for Purrpose. If you are using a private or pre-release build, contact the person or team that gave you access.
